Develop non-technical skills that are essential for your professional effectiveness: planning projects, prioritizing goals, tracking progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and managing your time.

We’re excited to kickstart Two Sigma’s very first Professional Skills Development Program! The program is designed to help you finetune your project management skills, which will be useful for all aspects of your professional life.

At Two Sigma, our community of scientists, technologists, and academics collaborate to solve some of the most challenging economic problems. We rely on the scientific method, rooted in hypothesis, analysis, and experimentation, to drive decisions, manage risk, and expand our perspective. We create systematic tools and technologies to attempt to forecast the future of global markets.

During this program, you will develop a better understanding of how Two Sigma employees approach problems, prioritize goals, and communicate clearly and professionally – and learn how to apply these critical skills to your very own projects.
