During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a PepsiCo team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that our Sales team does every day. You’ll gain a general understanding of the PepsiCo values and types of problems and interactions a Sales Manager faces every day. You will have practiced skills in relationship management, navigating difficult conversations, product promotion, and execution of results toward a goal.
