As the Career Services Director at College of the Mainland, Kelley Waters serves students and alumni by helping them with various levels of career exploration in areas such as career assessments, resume assistance, mock interviews, and career preparation workshops. Kelley has worked at COM for 8 years as an Enrollment Coach, Academic Advisor, and now as Career Services Director. These positions have allowed her to work with students at all levels. She has over 20 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources in a variety of industries. She received her B.A in Humanities and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from University of Houston – Clear Lake. Kelley’s goal in Career Services is to work with students and alumni at all stages of their career development to ensure success with their education from COM.
